Abstract


MSMEs have a role in the successful economic development in Indonesia, as seen from the contribution of MSMEs to the national economy so that it is right for Indonesia to mobilize and promote MSMEs at fish processing sector into attractive finished products such as meatballs, meat floss, dried fish, etc.
